Delete your HeartAtlas data

Open account deletion

🔐 If you can no longer sign in

Contact support@heartatlas.app from the email address associated with your account. State that you are requesting account deletion and provide only the information needed for the team to verify that you own the account.

📦 Data that is deleted

Permanent deletion is intended to remove the account and the personal data linked to it, in accordance with HeartAtlas deletion features and applicable legal obligations. Some information may need to be retained for a limited period where required by law, fraud prevention, security, a dispute or proof of a transaction.

🌐 Accounts created with Google or another supported provider

Deleting your HeartAtlas account deletes the relevant HeartAtlas account. It does not delete your Google account or any other external account. You can also revoke HeartAtlas access from the settings of the relevant provider.

⏱️ Processing your request

HeartAtlas processes deletion requests after the necessary security checks. If additional information is strictly necessary to authenticate the request, the team may ask for it before carrying out deletion.
