The most versatile mode. Browse profiles using standard HeartAtlas criteria such as age, gender, language, country or city. It is ideal when you have a general idea of the kind of person you would like to meet.
This mode prioritizes members close to your location. It is useful when you want to meet people in your area or find members with whom an in-person meeting would be easier to arrange.
Designed for connections across borders, this mode helps you find compatriots in your current country or abroad and members who share a familiar origin or international experience.
Choose exactly which physical characteristics matter to your search. Enable only the criteria you want: age, gender, country, height, weight, eye color or hair color. For age, height and weight you can set minimum and maximum values. An unchecked criterion does not filter results.
Physical characteristics are optional in profiles. When an appearance criterion is enabled, only profiles with compatible information can match it.Chat privately, use available translation and audio or video calls according to your access, settings and safety rules.
HeartAtlas optimizes and protects media shared in your conversations. Limits depend on your plan to keep the experience fast, safe and sustainable.

Favorites are your personal selection. Two members become friends when each has favorited the other. Removing a favorite ends that mutual relationship. Blocked members remain a separate list.
Join scheduled Speed Dating sessions under the conditions shown for each session. Waiting room, encounters, transitions and results form a journey separate from Activities.
HeartAtlas Speed Dating brings the idea of rapid dating online: several short, private conversations in succession during one scheduled session. The goal is not to decide within minutes whether someone is “the one”, but to discover a voice, personality and way of communicating and to see whether you would like the conversation to continue.
Each session brings several members together for a series of timed one-to-one encounters. HeartAtlas automatically organises rotations so that participants can have several first conversations in a shared, structured and respectful setting.
To create a more human first contact than simply browsing profiles. A few minutes can reveal someone's energy, communication style or mutual curiosity. Speed Dating promises neither compatibility nor a relationship: it simply creates an opportunity to meet.
Members cannot create Speed Dating sessions themselves. Dates, times, criteria, capacity and session settings are scheduled exclusively by HeartAtlas teams to preserve group consistency and smooth rotations.
Some sessions may use minimum gender quotas to create a group that is sufficiently balanced for the rotations. These quotas are optional and are set by HeartAtlas for each session. They never guarantee that you will meet a precise number of women, men or non-binary people, nor do they guarantee compatibility. If the minimum conditions for a session are not met, HeartAtlas may postpone or cancel it.
Registering and then not attending can deprive someone else of a place, leave another participant without a partner for a round and disrupt the whole session. Please honour a confirmed registration or cancel early enough whenever cancellation is still possible.
HeartAtlas may record confirmed no-shows and certain early departures. Repeated incidents can lead to warnings and temporary restrictions from Speed Dating.Join the session space before it begins, confirm your presence and wait for the group to be confirmed.
HeartAtlas checks that the session conditions are met. A session can be cancelled if the minimum attendance or enabled quotas are not reached.
The system pairs you with someone compatible with the encounter categories selected. Members who have blocked each other are not paired.
You speak privately for the encounter duration configured for the session. A timer shows the remaining time.
When time expires, the encounter ends automatically. A short transition gives you a moment before the next round.
HeartAtlas automatically builds the following encounters. The same pair is not repeated, and a participant without an available partner may receive a pause round.
Rotations continue until the programme ends or the session's maximum number of rounds is reached.
At the end of an encounter or session, HeartAtlas may let you express interest privately. When interest is mutual, the result may appear as a match. A non-reciprocal choice is not intended to become pressure or an obligation to communicate. Speed Dating opens a possibility; it never imposes what comes next.
HeartAtlas offers group experiences such as Quiz, Connections, Ice Breakers and Declic. Rules and conditions for each activity are shown in their screens and in this guide.
In Quiz, Connections, Ice Breakers and Declic, every participant confirms “Ready”. As soon as 2 players are ready, a shared 3-minute countdown begins. Entries close for the final 30 seconds. At zero, only ready players take part; everyone else automatically leaves the lounge. If the ready count drops below 2, the countdown is cancelled. A lounge with no game and no start countdown is removed after 15 minutes, with a warning during the final 5 minutes. After a game, players can mark themselves ready to start another one.
Quizzes take place in public or private Premium rooms. Once a game has started, no new player can join the room. The answer time is defined in the room settings and a countdown shows the time left. When it expires, a configurable short pause automatically precedes the next question. If X players are taking part, the fastest player to give the correct answer earns X points, the second X − 1, the third X − 2, and so on. A wrong answer scores −1 point; no answer scores 0. The cumulative leaderboard is updated after every question. A player who gives no answer to three consecutive questions is removed for inactivity and the other participants are notified. Players are also notified when someone leaves the room. If only one player remains, the game ends. At the end, each participant can choose to stay for another game. The first to accept becomes the room owner; if nobody stays, the room is deleted after the inactivity timeout. HeartAtlas avoids asking a question again in the same room while compatible unseen questions are still available.
Profiles stay anonymous during the game and are revealed at the end.
Ice Breakers have no points: they simply help the group get to know one another and start talking.
Everyone stays anonymous during the game. Would you like to reveal your profiles to each other?
