Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 15 September 2026

This policy applies to paid HeartAtlas services and subscriptions sold by Atlas Experience Limited.

1. Subscription renewal

Recurring subscriptions renew according to the billing period and price displayed at checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal, subject to applicable law.

2. Cancelling renewal

You may cancel through available billing or account controls. Cancellation stops future renewal. Access to benefits already paid for may continue until the end of the paid period.

3. Refund requests

Except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly offered at purchase, a subscription period that has already begun is not automatically refundable merely because the user stops using the service or cancels renewal. Duplicate charges, technical billing errors and other justified cases may be reviewed.

4. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Where mandatory law provides a stronger right, that law prevails for the affected transaction.

5. App stores and third-party billing

Purchases made through an app store or another third-party billing platform may need to be refunded through that provider and may also be governed by its billing rules, in addition to applicable mandatory rights.

6. Support

For billing or refund questions, contact support@heartatlas.app without sending full payment-card details.
