This policy explains how Atlas Experience Limited processes personal data in connection with HeartAtlas.

Depending on your use of HeartAtlas, we may process account and profile information, preferences and consents, content and communications required to provide the service, technical and security information, community interactions and information necessary for payments and fraud prevention. We seek to limit data to what is necessary for the relevant purposes.

Data is used to provide and secure HeartAtlas, manage accounts, enable requested communications and features, personalise the experience where authorised, prevent fraud and abuse, moderate the platform, provide support, comply with legal obligations and improve the service.

Where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out for direct marketing, HeartAtlas respects that choice. You may withdraw permission or object to relevant communications using the available methods.
11. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies necessary for operation and security remain active. Non-essential categories are subject to the choices provided by HeartAtlas. Preferences can be reviewed on the Cookies page.
12. Data-protection law
Atlas Experience Limited applies the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance where applicable and mandatory data-protection rules applicable to users in territories where HeartAtlas is offered.
